intentional Service

Owner & Founder: Eduardo Ayala

The name FIT128 is inspired by Psalm 128:2 — “you will eat the fruit of your labor” — reflecting the belief that hard work yields results. The logo combines a barbell and a fruit-bearing tree, symbolizing strength and growth.

Before FIT128 officially launched and opened its physical studio, “The Treehouse,” between 2021 and 2024, Eduardo spent 4 years building the foundation. During the journey, over 700 lives were transformed and impacted. Today, a team personally mentored by Eduardo continues to expand, reaching even more people.

The future of FIT128 remains open, but the mission is clear: to once again create a safe space where people can grow together.

Expanded mission and vision:

  • Mission: To empower individuals physically, mentally, and spiritually by providing inclusive, evidence-based fitness programs, mentorship, and community support that help members achieve sustainable results and personal growth.

  • Vision: To be a trusted community hub where people of all backgrounds cultivate strength, resilience, and purpose — harvesting the long-term benefits of consistent effort and mutual encouragement.

  • Core values: faith-inspired purpose, integrity, compassion, excellence, inclusivity, and continuous learning.

Programs and offerings:

  • Group training classes blending strength, mobility, and functional conditioning.

  • Personalized coaching and small-group mentorship focused on goal-setting, habit formation, and accountability.

  • Wellness workshops covering nutrition, recovery, mental health, and life skills.

  • Community events and outreach that foster connection, service, and local impact.

Impact and future goals:

  • Continue scaling mentorship to reach thousands more while maintaining personal guidance and community intimacy.

  • Reopen and expand physical studio locations modeled on the welcoming “Treehouse” environment.

  • Develop online programming and resources to serve remote members and provide flexible access to coaching.

  • Partner with local organizations and churches to offer subsidized programs for underserved populations.

Join FIT128 to train with purpose, grow alongside supportive people, and contribute to a movement that transforms bodies, minds, and communities — one intentional step at a time.
